Description
The non-fluorescent anti-collapse lubricant is a dark brown solid powder with good water solubility. It is non-toxic, harmless, and does not pollute the environment. This non-fluorescent anti-collapse lubricant effectively inhibits shale expansion, maintains wellbore stability, and has a low fluorescence level, which is beneficial for geological logging and well logging operations. It is an excellent low-fluorescence drilling fluid mud additive, suitable for anti-collapse applications.
Application
Non-fluorescent anti-collapse lubricants, as drilling fluid additives, can significantly improve formation stability and lubrication, prevent sticking, and reduce mud buildup on the drill bit. By forming a dense oil film on the wellbore, it enhances shale stability and prevent collapse. Due to its non-fluorescent properties, it greatly protect oil and gas reservoirs, which is beneficial to the accuracy of fluorescent logging and geological exploration. FT-203 is often used in marine or complex formation drilling where environmental protection requirements are high.
Performance
The specific functions of non-fluorescent anti-collapse lubricants in natural gas and oil drilling are as follows:
- Significantly reduces friction and prevents stuck pipe: The adsorbent groups of this lubricant can firmly adsorb onto metal surfaces and clay crystal edges, forming a dense molecular-level film, thereby effectively reducing the friction between the drill string and the wellbore, preventing stuck pipe accidents in directional or deep well drilling.
- Seals and prevents collapse, improving wellbore stability: Through its own physical filling and emulsifying effects, this agent can effectively seal formation pores, preventing water in the drilling fluid from seeping into the formation. It has a good coating and inhibitory dispersion effect on easily collapsible mudstone and shale, improving wellbore stability.
- Non-fluorescent protects oil and gas reservoirs: As a key environmentally friendly additive, this lubricant does not contain heavy metals and does not produce fluorescence. It not only protects underground oil and gas reservoirs from contamination but also does not interfere with the fluorescence analysis of cuttings by geological logging personnel, greatly facilitating the accurate discovery and evaluation of oil and gas reservoirs.
- Highly adaptable and environmentally friendly: This lubricant (FT-203) is suitable for various water-based drilling and completion fluid systems, especially suitable for offshore drilling with high environmental protection requirements and drilling of challenging oil and gas wells.

Packaging & Shipping
Packaging: Packaging is provided in 25kg three-in-one kraft paper bags or paper-plastic composite bags. Custom packaging is also available upon request.
Storage and Transportation: When storing, take precautions against heat and moisture, and the stacking layer should not exceed 20 layers. The ideal storage temperature is 15℃ to 30℃. Dry powder should be kept 20cm off the ground and 20cm away from walls, and stacked no more than 10 layers high.
