Description
FA367 drilling fluid additive is a white to light gray powder. It is a highly efficient and potent coating agent that significantly improves the flowability of drilling fluids in both fresh and mixed brine environments. Additionally, FA-367 coating agent can also be used as an effective filtrate loss controller.
Application
FA-367 coating agent is an zwitterionic polymer that primarily functions in oil and natural gas drilling to strongly inhibit the hydration and swelling of shale and to encapsulate drill cuttings to prevent their dispersion. FA367 zwitterionic polymer effectively resists salt, calcium, magnesium, and temperature fluctuations, significantly reduces the content of submicron particles, improves drilling fluid performance, and possesses strong resistance to rock powder contamination, making it a highly efficient drilling fluid additive.

Performance
The specific functions of the FA-367 amphoteric polymer in oil and natural gas drilling are as follows:
- Strong Anti-Contamination Capability: FA367 is suitable for drilling in complex deep wells or salt-gypsum formations, it possesses resistance to calcium, magnesium, and salt, ensuring stable drilling fluid performance under harsh geological conditions.
- Strong Coating and Shale Inhibition: The hydrophilic groups in the FA-367 molecular structure adsorb onto the shale surface, forming a protective film that effectively inhibits the hydration and swelling of shale and prevents drill cuttings from dispersing into fine particles during circulation.
- Improved Rheology and Purification: This FA367 amphoteric polymer increases drilling fluid viscosity while maintaining good rheological properties. Due to its strong coating ability, it reduces formation mud formation, making it easier for drilling fluid to remove rock powder through desanders and other equipment.

Packaging & Shipping
Packaging: Packaging is provided in 25kg three-in-one kraft paper bags or paper-plastic composite bags. Custom packaging is also available upon request.
Storage and Transportation: When storing, take precautions against heat and moisture, and the stacking layer should not exceed 20 layers. The ideal storage temperature is 15℃ to 30℃. Dry powder should be kept 20cm off the ground and 20cm away from walls, and stacked no more than 10 layers high.
Shelf Life: 24 months
